Orangery rooms
Orangery rooms are one of the most popular ways of extending your home and adding light, space and variety to your living space. During Victorian times these rooms were built to provide a warm bright space that was suitable for growing, at the time, ‘exotic’ fruits and also for a beautiful space to sit on a sunny evening.

Traditional orangeries
The history of the Orangery begins with records of Roman times, it was really not until the 18th century that botanists, bringing back tender exotic citrus plants from round the world that led to the first appearance of the orangery or conservatory as part of the great homes of the wealthy and aspirational in Britain.
